Corey Ricks is originally from Norfolk, Virginia but moved to Atlanta with his family after selling a cleaning franchise that he operated for 5 years. He would later begin a career in the automotive industry as a Finance Director, while also maintaining a career in real estate. Now, Corey has made his way back into the real estate industry, and is joining the X Factor Realty Group, Inc family with the passion to make a difference in the lives of people and the community.
When Corey is not working in helping people find their new home, he loves to hang out with senior citizens a couple times a week and enjoys helping them. Corey also loves all things basketball.
